About the WMA
(Windsor Music Archive)

The Windsor Music Archive is a not for profit organization dedicated to building a physical and digital archive of Windsor’s Musical history. Our goal is to collect the music, memorabilia and memories from all current and past musicians / bands from the Windsor and Essex County area. It will serve as a celebration of Windsor’s vast music history, and also help to promote Windsor’s musical future.

With our collection, and through partnerships with some of the area’s major players in arts and entertainment, we will create interesting and innovative products, content for digital and social media, live events and broadcasts. We will do this in effort to promote Windsor Ontario Canada as a musical destination.

Our Launch of WMA #OneNightInWindsor Was A Great Success!

We’re getting ready to put together some pieces to start showing off our collection, but first we have some organizing to do!

We want to know what you, Windsor’s Musical Comunity, want to see from and for our Archive.
